The Inventions in the middle ages were great. One of the most important inventions was the printing press. Some other inventions were weapons and also were clocks and  timekeeping inventions were some of the main inventions. The Inventions made were actually invented by the crusaders when they had to travel the 3000 miles to fight in the holy eastern lands. This was because they learned many things from the eastern life styles and cultures.Nautical inventions were made to help in explorations.
